Charges are per night and are for up to 2 persons, 1 awning or 1 additional tent, 2 dogs, one unit and 1 car unless otherwise stated. Standard pitches have an electricity hook-up as standard whilst basic pitches do not have an electricity hook-up. All Bank Holidays are at High Season Rates. Balances are to be paid on arrival by card, cheque or cash prior to pitching up. All prices include VAT.

Earliest Arrival is 1.00pm and latest departure time is 11am. Please do not arrive before 1.00pm unless it has been arranged in advance. We do not have an early/late arrivals area.
The Late Leave Payment allows you to stay on your pitch up to 7.00pm - it is only available on the last day of your stay and if the pitch is available.
Stays of 1,2 or 3 days are due in advance. For longer stays a deposit of 3 days fees is required or payment in full if your holiday starts within 7 days. Unfortunately deposits are non refundable. Please allow 5 working days for the payment to reach us. If you require a receipt for your booking please enclose a SAE or an email address. All Bank Holidays are to be paid in advance and are non refundable. For non-arrivals and cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date the pitch fee is due in full.
Cheques should be made payable to "Woodland Springs". We take credit and debit cards, please phone to pay by card.
Payment cards are accepted on the basis that they are authorised by the customer for all charges incurred under this booking if not cleared by another method.
£70.00. For this you must book your stay and we must receive your full payment in advance. A stay must be for 7 days.
A stay must be for a minimum of 7 days.
Arrive on Monday and leave on the following Friday (4 nights) and only pay for 3 nights.
24 Hours is £5.00, 48 hours is £8.00, 1 week is £20.
