All persons must be 18 years of age or over, this includes visitors. |

No open fires. No BBQ’s to sit directly on or close to the grass. |

Recycle your waste and dispose of waste water/rubbish etc in the various facilities provided. |

Formaldehyde free toilet chemicals only to be used. |

Ensure that your pitch is kept tidy and free of rubbish. |

For the comfort of all patrons of the park, dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times in the park area and only exercised in the dog exercise area (off the lead if you wish) or off the site. |

You must always clear up after your dog. |
|
Ground sheets must be of a breathable type. Solid groundsheets are not allowed except in tent sleeping areas and where it is a part of the tent itself. No tarpaulins, mats, carpets or rugs to be used on grass. |

On arrival, all visitors are to report to reception and all fees are to be paid in full prior to pitching. |
|
Pitches are available from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival to 11.00am on the day of departure. No arrivals before Midday. Last arrival 10.00pm. |
|
No loud music etc that interferes with others enjoyment of the park. |
|
No external gas bottles. |
|
Do not tie anything to trees. |
|
One vehicle only may be parked next to a unit. |
|
Strictly no car or caravan washing. |
|
Learner drivers are not to practice around the campsite. |
|
The speed limit is 5 miles per hour on the site. |
|
All patrons are requested to strictly adhere to the silent hours rule. |
|
The main gate is locked from 11.00pm to 07.30am. |
|

On breach of any of these conditions the proprietors shall be entitled to expel any person and the rest of the party without notice. No refund will be given. |

The proprietors shall not be liable to any persons visiting the site for any personal injury, damage to property etc., however caused. |

Bookings and fees are accepted on the understanding that all rules and conditions are observed. Full Terms and Conditions are available on request. |

No Refunds will be given except in exceptional circumstances. |
