General
¨ All persons must be 18 years of age or over, this includes visitors.
¨ No
Groups. Maximum booking is 3 pitches, no more than 2 small tents or 1 caravan or
1
motorhome on a pitch, 4 people on 1 pitch with a maximum of 8 people in total.
¨ Pitches are available from 1.00pm (2.00pm for the hire caravan) on the day of arrival to 11.00am on the day of departure. No arrivals before 1.00pm without prior agreement. Last arrival 8.00pm, 10.00pm by arrangement.
¨ On arrival, all customers and visitors are to report to reception and all fees are to be paid in full prior to pitching.
¨ Ground sheets must be of a breathable type. Solid groundsheets are not allowed except in tent sleeping areas and where it is a part of the tent itself. No plastic, tarpaulins, mats, awning tiles, carpets or rugs etc. to be used on grass, any damage caused by these may be chargeable.
¨ Recycle your waste and dispose of waste water/rubbish etc. in the various facilities provided.
¨ Organic or formaldehyde and other biocide free toilet chemicals only to be used as we have a
¨ septic tank.
¨ The main gate is locked from 11.00pm (10.00pm Sunday to Thursday in winter) and unlocked at 7.30am.
¨ Ensure that your pitch is kept tidy and free of rubbish.
¨ For the comfort of all patrons of the park, dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times in the park area and only exercised in the dog exercise area (off the lead if you wish) or off the site.
¨ You must always clear up after your dog on site and in the hamlet.
¨ No Instant BBQ’s or open fires. No BBQ’s to sit directly on or close to the grass.
¨ No loud music or noise etc. that interferes with others enjoyment of the park.
¨ No external gas bottles on caravans and motorhomes.
¨ Do not tie dogs, washing lines or anything else to trees.
¨ Only one vehicle only may be parked next to a unit.
¨ Strictly no car or caravan washing as we are on a water meter.
¨ The speed limit is 10 miles per hour on the site.
¨ Silent
hours are from 11.00pm to 8.00am, please respect this time. Do not use the glass
recycling after 10.00pm or before 8.00am.
Small Print
¨ Bookings and fees are accepted on the understanding that all rules and Terms and Conditions are observed.
¨ A full copy of the Terms and Conditions is available on site and on request.
¨ On breach of any of these conditions the proprietors shall be entitled to expel any person and the rest of the party without notice. No refund will be given.
¨ The proprietors shall not be liable to any persons visiting the site for any personal injury, damage to property etc., however caused.
¨ No Refunds will be given except in exceptional circumstances.
¨ The management reserves the right to refuse admission to the park whether booked or not.
